The Centre is a distribution warehouse built by Hankyu Hanshin Properties Singapore, the company established jointly by Hankyu Corporation and Hanshin Electric Railway Co., Ltd., and is the second distribution warehouse by the group in the ASEAN region following one established in Indonesia.

The planned site is strategically located with close proximity to the city, existing port and Malaysia-Singapore Second Link. It is also located close to Tuas Port, which is being developed by the Singapore government towards its start in early 2020s, making it an extremely competitive logistics base in the surrounding area.

This warehouse is nine stories high and has a total floor space of approximately 48,000m2. It is positioned as a hub in the ASEAN region with high-functioning facilities and systems meeting diverse product distribution demands from a variety of customers transporting electronic components, healthcare and medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobile-related parts, processed food, retail goods (final consumer products), and e-commerce goods. Utilizing various licenses, including a bonded system and medical equipment logistic management standard GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices), the warehouse is able to respond to diverse distribution needs such as VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) and sophisticated distribution processing, and offers high added-value services, including consistent management of air and marine transport.

In March 2016, “PT. Hankyu Hanshin Logistics Indonesia”, the company established jointly by three companies, Hankyu Corporation, Hanshin Electric Railway Co., Ltd. and Hankyu Hanshin Express Co.,Ltd. started operation of a distribution warehouse. The warehouse is located near Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, an area which has shown the most prominent growth of the ASEAN region.
It is also located in MM2100, where approximately 180 companies, mostly from Japan, are already in operation. MM2100, an industrial estate closest to Jakarta City center, boasts excellent access to both of the ocean port and the airport. Thus we consider that this is the ideal location for our project.
In October 2018, we acquired a bonded logistics center (PLB*) license, and we can handle bonded cargos at the space of approximately 7,000㎡. Thus we’ll provide higher quality logistics services by using advantages such as 3-years storage period and simplified customs clearance procedures.

We opened a second warehouse at the same area in MM2100 with a total floor area of approximately 17,000㎡ in October 2018.

Thepharak Warehouse (warehouse floor area: 20,152㎡) opened in January 2023 and started its operation.
The warehouse is located 35 km from Bangkok Port, 85 km from Laem Chabang Port, and 4 km from Suvarnabhumi Airport, providing easy access to(from) important logistics facilities.
It is a multi-purpose logistics facility that can be used by a wide range of customers, including consumer products, automotive parts, electronic parts, raw materials, and foodstuffs.

Thepharak 2nd Warehouse (warehouse floor area: 9,927㎡) opened in May 2023 and started its operation.

In March 2023, Manesar Logistics Center II was opened and started operation.
