INTRASPEED ARCPRO (KENYA) LIMITED serves as the regional hub for logistics on the East Coast of Africa. Since joining the global network of Hankyu Hanshin Express (HHE) in 2018, we have steadily expanded our capabilities to meet the growing demands of the East African market.
Our head office is strategically located within Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), featuring a bonded warehouse, providing seamless handling for airfreight imports and exports. On the coastal side, our Mombasa office operates near the port with an experienced team managing ocean freight and inland transportation across the region.
While our business began with airfreight operations, we have since expanded to offer full-spectrum services, including:

Kenya is one of the fastest-growing logistics markets in Africa, supported by its geographic advantage and improving infrastructure. Our Nairobi and Mombasa transit hubs allow us to serve all EAC countries (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan), as well as extend our coverage to Eastern DRC and Ethiopia. We are currently developing our knowledge and partnerships to further enhance trade flows with Ethiopia, one of the most dynamic economies in the Horn of Africa.
A major focus area for us is the expansion of third-party logistics (3PL) services, where we apply warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational expertise inspired by our Japanese roots. Our WMS-based structure supports efficient stock control, order management, and real-time visibility—particularly for clients in the automotive, food processing, and construction sectors.
