Hankyu Hanshin Express (HK) Limited obtained TAPA FSR 2023 Level A certification from the international certification body DQS on July 9, 2024.

TAPA FSR 2023 is a globally recognized security standard that sets stringent requirements for facilities handling and storing high-value cargo, including high-tech products. The company achieved the highest certification level, Level A, for its Air Freight Warehouse.

The certification enables the company to perform ULD build-up operations for US-bound passenger flights, which require enhanced security standards, and is expected to support further growth in air cargo shipments to the United States. It also reinforces the company's reputation as a secure logistics provider by reducing the risk of theft and cargo loss.

In addition, the certification is expected to create synergies with other internationally recognized certifications already held by the company, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, and AEO.

 

TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association):

An internationally recognized security standards organization for the transportation and logistics industry. Its standards include TAPA FSR (Facility Security Requirements), TAPA TSR (Trucking Security Requirements), and TAPA PSR (Parking Security Requirements).
