Hankyu Hanshin Express Co., Ltd. has established a new local subsidiary, HHE Logistics Bangladesh Limited, in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, on December 1, 2025.

Dhaka, the country's largest city, is a major industrial hub with a strong presence of Japanese apparel-related companies. Previously operating through a representative office, the company has now established a local subsidiary to better respond to growing logistics demand. The new company has taken over the functions and personnel of the former representative office.

Through this expansion, Hankyu Hanshin Express aims to provide solutions to customers' supply chain challenges in Bangladesh and support increasing logistics demand across the rapidly developing South Asian region.
