Hankyu Hanshin Express Co., Ltd. has announced changes to its executive leadership, effective April 1, 2026.

The appointments of the new President & CEO and Board Directors are subject to approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting scheduled for April 1, 2026.

Background

As the target period of its Long-Term Vision 2025 has concluded, Hankyu Hanshin Express will transition to a new leadership structure to advance the execution of the Long-Term Management Plan formulated last year and support the Company's next phase of sustainable growth and development.
