Transportation Exporting Procedures

Pick up
We come to the designated warehouse and bring empty containers to pick up your cargo.

Transportation and Relocation
Containers loaed with the cargo are transported and relocated to the container yard (CY) of the port of embarkation.

Customs Clearance
An export declaration is made for each container using NACCS (Nippon Automated Cargo and Port Consolidation System).

Customs Approval
If there are no issues with the declaration, customs approval is granted. If a customs inspection is deemed necessary the cargo will undergo a sampling or complete inspection.

Loading and Departure
Containers granted export approval are loaded onto the cargo ship at the container yard and depart the port.

Drop off or pickup
Cargo dropped off by customers or directly picked up is transported to a container freight station(CFS) and is then unloaded after confirming the quantity and condition.

Relocation Confirmation
Cargo is weighed, measured and its external condition is checked.Cargo is the relocated to a bonded warehouse as per case marking.

Customs Clearance

Vanning
Cargo granted export approval is loaded into containers at the container freight station (vanning) and moved to the container yard.

Main Ship Departure
Containers are loaded onto the main ship at the container yard, which then departs for the destination.
